This stylish home is located in the Hollywood Hills with incredible views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Enjoy the sunny terrace during the day and a cozy fireplace at night. Amenities include an EV charging station, big screen TVs with state-of-the-art sound systems, and an easy 5-minute walk to the best hiking trails in LA. The popular Beachwood Cafe and Market is just a 10-minute walk from the house. Note: due to LA wildfires we also have powerful air purifiers in each room.

In addition to the open plan living room and dining area with a view, there is a primary bedroom for 2 guests with en-suite bathroom, a second guest bathroom, and an office with sit/stand workstation and a comfy couch that folds out for an additional 2 guests. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including oils/spices, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, and coffee maker.

Guests agree to remove their shoes inside the unit.
This is a strict non-smoking inside unit - that includes vaping/weed/tobacco/cloves. Guests who smoke inside the unit will be charged an extra $500 for cleaning.
Guests agree to check-out completely no later than 11am.
All overnight guests must be confirmed in writing prior to check-in.
Guests with no previous bookings must provide a photo ID prior to their check-in day.
For rentals of 30+ days, there is an additional cleaning fee of $200 every 2 weeks ($400/month) - this covers housekeeping every 2 weeks (including cleaning and exchanging all towels and linens). Cleaning is included in the first month.

Scenic and peaceful, with great hikes, great restaurants (like Beachwood Cafe), and just minutes from Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. Also easy access to the 101 freeway, which gets you to the Burbank studios, Disneyland, the beaches, and the Valley.

This place was truly amazing. The views of the Hollywood sign and downtown were spectacular. The house was super clean and had everything you could ever need in a rental. The Beachwood Cafe down the street had fantastic food. We were so sad when we had to leave. If we are ever back in LA, we would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny.

This place was incredible one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed. The photos do not do this place justice!!!
All the little touches from the incredible linens, through guidebook, to even a couple bags of popcorn to enjoy, a stocked coffee area and yoga mat and weights to use on the deck. The home is very well laid out and feels spacious. The view is incredible and sunsets here are out of this world with views and access to so many hiking trails near by. Also really loved the fireplace and alexa powered home.

This is an amazing place - the location and views are exceptional and the layout and mid-century furniture are fabulous. It has a very LA feel and the vibe warm and welcoming. Paul was a wonderful host - very accessible and responsive. We appreciated the abundance of basic supplies provided and the high quality towels and bed linens. Very comfortable king sized bed. Easy access to walking paths into the hills and also ‘secret’ stairs to Beachwood Dr. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing several-week stay while our home was being renovated. The space was perfect for our family of three (parents + toddler), with stunning wraparound views of Beachwood Canyon, the Hollywood Sign, and Griffith Observatory. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom and living room—and winding down with the evening light—was a daily highlight. The motorized blackout shades in the bedroom were especially helpful at bedtime.
The kitchen was fully stocked for easy meal prep, with everything from an air fryer to a microwave and toaster. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the Hollywood Farmers Market, Griffith Park, Gelson’s, and more.
The dedicated office space overlooking the deck made remote work a pleasure, and the new washer and dryer made everyday life away from home incredibly easy.
Paul was a fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return!

My home away from home. The location is very peaceful and provides a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet and serene, the views are stunning, it's a very special home to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the area. Paul is an incredible communicator, his warm hospitality makes this place even more special.

Easy off-street parking for 2 cars. 5-minute walk to beautiful trails around Hollywood reservoir, and just a 10-minute walk down the hill to popular Beachwood Cafe and groceries.
