This is a non-smoking unit - that includes vaping/weed/tobacco/cloves. Guests who smoke in this unit will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee.
All overnight guests must be confirmed in writing prior to check-in.
Guest profile must include a recent face pic - please do not post pics of children/pets/sunsets/etc. as your profile pic, as pic is used for ID.
Guests without previous reviews on Airbnb must provide a photo ID prior to their check-in day.

My husband and I have been coming to LA quite frequently and we both agreed that this is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in LA. Our host Paul gave clear instructions and the place was as described- clean and comfortable. We loved how it is close to everywhere we needed to go during our trip. Will definitely book again the next time we’re in town!

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfortable, and even though we stayed for a long time and had a lot of belongings, there was plenty of storage space for everything.
Paul was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, including the bathroom, and it was well-stocked with everything we needed—laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, creamer, water, soap, trash bags, and more.
The Wi-Fi was fast, and the TV had all the major apps available, which made it easy to relax. We also really appreciated the detailed instructions provided, which made check-in, access, and everything else very smooth and stress-free.
The location is great—mid-city with parking available, in a safe and quiet residential area. Check-in and check-out were both very easy.
A big plus was the double AC units in both the living room and bedroom, which made a huge difference since LA was very hot during our stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Great area of town, and having off-street parking was a big bonus. The driveway's a little snug but I never had trouble getting in and out. Bed was comfy, the bathroom had plenty of space, and it was nice to have a full fridge with filtered water. The washer/dryer combo came in handy, too. Solid spot overall, would definitely recommend.

great location tucked in mid city with the convenience but not the noise. Paul prepared the home so well you’ll find everything you need from kitchen to laundry supplies, even with a printer! I love he has a very thorough guest book to introduce local restaurants, attractions etc.

We had a great time at Paul's place. The place was clean, in a good location and exactly as advertised on the listing. Paul did a great job communicating, the place was easy to find and check-in/out was very smooth. We would love to stay there again.

Includes one off-street parking space by front door. There is also easy street parking (no permit required) - otherwise we recommend Uber/Lyft/scooters for cheap and easy transportation.
