This is a non-smoking unit - that includes vaping/weed/tobacco/cloves. Guests who smoke in this unit will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. All overnight guests must be confirmed in writing prior to check-in. Guest profile must include a recent face pic - please do not post pics of children/pets/sunsets/etc. as your profile pic, as pic is used for ID. Guests without previous reviews on Airbnb must provide a photo ID prior to their check-in day. Please note: this popular place is getting all new furniture on June 4th, so some furniture may be slightly different from photos. All amenities will remain the same, but the place will be even better -- We'll have revised photos posted in June.
