Note: cleaning fee is a recurring monthly fee that includes twice monthly housekeeping, to be arranged at your convenience. Note: there is a $150 cleaning fee per month, that includes 2 cleanings (maid will clean unit and replace towels/linens every two weeks). The fee is included the first month, and will be charged monthly thereafter. This is a non-smoking unit - that includes vaping/weed/tobacco/cloves. Guests who smoke in this unit will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. All overnight guests must be confirmed in writing prior to check-in. Guest profile must include a recent face pic - please do not post pics of children/pets/sunsets/etc. as your profile pic, as pic is used for ID. Guests without previous reviews on Airbnb must provide a photo ID prior to their check-in day. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet time between 11pm - 9am.

My long-term stay at Paul's place was without any trouble. He was responsive, and ensured I got essential mail for the duration of my stay. The unit has a combo washer-dryer and is located conveniently close to the 405, Trader Joe's, and LAX. I found it be in a walkable, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 10/10 recommend this place.

I was in LA for a little over two months for an internship and fell in love with this place! Close to everything, very cozy, and has everything you need. The host was great and I would recommend this stay.

I stayed here for a month while working from home and searching for an apartment during my move to the area, and this place was perfect for my needs -- super quiet and clean, small but very functional and well laid-out. The kitchen has a mini-fridge, gas stove and microwave, easy to cook in with all needed utensils and dishes, and coffee and tea provided. The washer-dryer was great to have after a long hot drive across the country, and there is a lot of closet space for storage. The wifi was excellent for working from home. There are lots of windows, ceiling fan, and air conditioning for cooling, but this neighborhood was mostly so cool anyway (close to the ocean for lots of breeze) I didn't need anything but the fans. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom dark, quiet, and cool for sleeping. The neighborhood is right off the 405 for easy travel throughout the city, and very close (walking distance if you like) to multiple grocery stores and takeout places, close to a very nice farmers market and a lot of other shops. Street parking is easy and plentiful, right outside the house with provided permit, and the neighborhood is lovely and friendly. The host was responsive and easy to get ahold of, and check-in was easy. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you!
