Note: there is a $150 cleaning fee per month, that includes 2 cleanings (maid will clean unit and replace towels/linens every two weeks). The fee is included the first month, and will be charged monthly thereafter. This is a non-smoking unit - that includes vaping/weed/tobacco/cloves. Guests who smoke in this unit will be charged an additional $250 cleaning fee. All overnight guests must be confirmed in writing prior to check-in. Guest profile must include a recent face pic - please do not post pics of children/pets/sunsets/etc. as your profile pic, as pic is used for ID. Guests without previous reviews on Airbnb must provide a photo ID prior to their check-in day. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet time between 11pm - 9am.
