Clean, bright bedroom in my shared home on the ground floor with your own private/gated parking space. Comfy queen bed, washer/dryer in unit, weekly maid service, bottled water, central AC, super-fast WiFi, free Keurig and Nespresso coffee & walk to all of Hollywood. You are welcome to take advantage of the high-end treadmill and infrared sauna. Tesla Model Y available to rent for $125/day and waiting for you when you arrive - message me if interested.

This is a private bedroom with a shared bathroom in a ground-floor duplex. You may be sharing the entire home with just me, or you may have the home to yourself, depending on my travel schedule (I won't know in advance). Either way, I'll always be available via phone/text during your stay, to help you with anything you may need. There are no time restrictions or curfew - you may come and go as you please. Sip your morning coffee in the garden picnic area, surrounded by butterflies, birds, and squirrels as you plan your day. Because this is a shared space, proof of Covid vaccination is required prior to check-in, and VISITORS AND OVERNIGHT GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Account owner must be one of the guests staying in the unit - Airbnb does not allow booking for other guests. For identification, please have a clear and recent face pic in your Airbnb profile to confirm your booking. Bookings without a face pic will be cancelled. To ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for everyone, please do not use kitchen/living room between midnight - 7am. Please aim for a 20-minute max time in the shared bathroom (best to handle hair/skincare/makeup in your bedroom, instead of the bathroom). Check-in time is between 3-10pm only. If your flight lands after 9pm, please do not book this room. This room is for non-smokers ONLY - if you book the room you are agreeing that you are NOT a smoker and will therefore not be smoking ANYWHERE during your stay. That does NOT mean it's ok to smoke outside and then come inside - again, the room is for non-smokers only.

Tons of restaurants within 3 blocks of house, and just a 10-minute walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Hollywood & Highland entertainment complex, The Dolby Theater (home of the Academy Awards and America's Got Talent), the original Chinese Theatre, and the El Capitan and Arclight theaters. There is also an LA Metro station for easy access to Universal Studios, LAX, downtown, etc. Walk to all the Hollywood sites, and it's only 1 mile to Melrose shopping, 2.5 miles to the Grove/Farmer's Market, and 2.5 miles to West Hollywood. I felt completely at home, only my home isn’t as organized, interesting, and varied as Paul’s is. His creative friendliness festoons every inch of the place. Aquariums, check! Plants galore, check. Thoughtful touches, everywhere. Attention to detail, and how! Every amenity turbo-charged. And all of it relaxed, welcoming, and easy.

Staying at Paul’s home felt like staying at a friend’s or relative’s. From the moment we checked in Paul radiated warmth and kindness and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is walkable yet peaceful, the parking is a huge perk, and the amenities of the space itself are among the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at (the whole space smells incredible and the shower head is luxurious). Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Paul's place. Super tidy, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful high-tech amenities that made everything feel easy and modern. It's an exceedingly pleasant place to relax and work. Paul was warm, communicative, and easygoing the whole time. Very accommodating and genuinely kind. Even when we had a minor accident during the stay, he was incredibly understanding, which we really appreciated. Would happily stay again – highly recommended!

Paul’s home was a fantastic base for exploring LA — close to many of the key sights, while also being well connected to the beach and DTLA via the Metro. As a host, Paul was responsive, proactive, and genuinely looked after me as if I were staying in his own home. He’s incredibly friendly, easy to chat with, and knows the area inside out if you need recommendations or directions. As a first-time visitor to LA, I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, and I’m sure I’ll be booking again on future visits 😊

Je ne vais pas être originale : Paul est un hôte 5 étoiles, il vous met à l’aise dès votre arrivée. Chaleureux, attentionné, intéressé par ceux qui s’arrêtent chez lui quelques jours. il sait aussi être discret quand vous en avez le besoin. L’appartement est à son image. Vous vous y sentirez bien et nous avons fortement apprécié le café au calme dans son jardin au milieu des ses plantes magnifiques. Paul a la main verte ! La proximité avec Hollywood boulevard est un plus si vous n’êtes jamais allés à Los Angeles. On est prêtes à y revenir 😊
