We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfortable, and even though we stayed for a long time and had a lot of belongings, there was plenty of storage space for everything.
Paul was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, including the bathroom, and it was well-stocked with everything we needed—laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, creamer, water, soap, trash bags, and more.
The Wi-Fi was fast, and the TV had all the major apps available, which made it easy to relax. We also really appreciated the detailed instructions provided, which made check-in, access, and everything else very smooth and stress-free.
The location is great—mid-city with parking available, in a safe and quiet residential area. Check-in and check-out were both very easy.
A big plus was the double AC units in both the living room and bedroom, which made a huge difference since LA was very hot during our stay.

This place was truly amazing. The views of the Hollywood sign and downtown were spectacular. The house was super clean and had everything you could ever need in a rental. The Beachwood Cafe down the street had fantastic food. We were so sad when we had to leave. If we are ever back in LA, we would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny.

I felt completely at home, only my home isn’t as organized, interesting, and varied as Paul’s is. His creative friendliness festoons every inch of the place. Aquariums, check! Plants galore, check. Thoughtful touches, everywhere. Attention to detail, and how! Every amenity turbo-charged. And all of it relaxed, welcoming, and easy.

This place was incredible one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed. The photos do not do this place justice!!!
All the little touches from the incredible linens, through guidebook, to even a couple bags of popcorn to enjoy, a stocked coffee area and yoga mat and weights to use on the deck. The home is very well laid out and feels spacious. The view is incredible and sunsets here are out of this world with views and access to so many hiking trails near by. Also really loved the fireplace and alexa powered home.

This is an amazing place - the location and views are exceptional and the layout and mid-century furniture are fabulous. It has a very LA feel and the vibe warm and welcoming. Paul was a wonderful host - very accessible and responsive. We appreciated the abundance of basic supplies provided and the high quality towels and bed linens. Very comfortable king sized bed. Easy access to walking paths into the hills and also ‘secret’ stairs to Beachwood Dr. Highly recommend!

Staying at Paul’s home felt like staying at a friend’s or relative’s. From the moment we checked in Paul radiated warmth and kindness and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is walkable yet peaceful, the parking is a huge perk, and the amenities of the space itself are among the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at (the whole space smells incredible and the shower head is luxurious). Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Paul's place. Super tidy, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful high-tech amenities that made everything feel easy and modern. It's an exceedingly pleasant place to relax and work.
Paul was warm, communicative, and easygoing the whole time. Very accommodating and genuinely kind. Even when we had a minor accident during the stay, he was incredibly understanding, which we really appreciated.
Would happily stay again – highly recommended!
